As Operations Manager, Ken oversees the field service team for overall customer support and pool system support of 500+ clients, weekly maintenance, system and design upgrades, renovations, openings and closings. Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Business, 30+ years in the service industry and a continuing desire to learn and grow. In his spare time he enjoys reading, fitness, family time and volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and at his local church.

Bill’s 40 years in the pool business brings unmatched expertise and excellence to pool systems support and customer service. When he is not working he enjoys grilling, traveling and antiquing with his beautiful wife.
MOLLIE TRUDO EISE
Office Manager
Mollie manages all facets related to keeping the office running smoothly and to provide effective customer service. Her attention to detail and organizational skills promote her ability to successfully handle the duties of communication, accounting, scheduling and purchasing. She enjoys spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their Akita dog, Boo.
